Account & Data Deletion Request

At ELEVI, we value your privacy. If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can do so quickly and securely.

How to delete your account inside the ELEVI app:

1. Open the ELEVI app and sign in.

2. Navigate to your Profile tab.

3. Tap Settings (or Account).

4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

How to request data deletion via the web: If you no longer have the app installed and wish to delete your account, please email us directly at support@elevi.film with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please send the email from the address associated with your ELEVI account so we can verify your identity.

What happens to your data:

• What is deleted: Your user profile, email address, password, watch history, and saved items ("My List") will be permanently deleted from our active databases. Your active subscription will also be canceled.

• What is retained: We may retain highly anonymized, aggregated view-count data for the sole purpose of calculating accurate royalty payouts to our indie filmmakers. This data cannot be traced back to you. We may also retain transaction records as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
