Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings on your iPhone or iPad.


How do I restore my purchase?

If you’ve reinstalled the app or changed devices, simply open the "Profile" tab and tap "Restore Purchases."


Does ELEVI support 4K?

Yes! We stream in 4K HDR wherever the original filmmaker's source allows. We recommend a connection of 25 Mbps for the best 4K experience.


Is the app accessible?

Absolutely. As of our April 2026 update, all films include closed captions, and we are rolling out Audio Descriptions for our most popular titles.

Troubleshooting

  • Try switching from Wi-Fi to 5G or lowering the quality in your device settings.

  • Ensure you are running the latest version of iOS 26.

  • Statistics are updated every 24 hours. If your dashboard is blank, check back tomorrow morning!
