A message from the film director
In November 2023, during a road trip from Denver to Las Vegas with my puppy, the unimaginable happened. We stopped at a gas station where, without warning, nearby fireworks were set off. Terrified by the noise, my dog bolted into the vast desert. I searched frantically, but she was too scared to come out of hiding.
Just when hope began to fade, the team at Paws Patrol Las Vegas stepped in. They joined the search, bringing expertise, resources, and relentless dedication. After four agonizing days, we finally found her.
That terrifying experience changed my life, and it is the reason Dumped exists. I experienced firsthand the incredible effort and selfless dedication these rescuers pour into saving animals every single day. This film is my tribute to them.
This film exists because their story needs to be seen.
